Nittoku Engineering's TAK-01A and YOK-01A benchtop coil winding machines represent the market standard for tabletop winders. With the ability to adapt to many different coils, the TAK-01A and YOK-01A are the efficient and cost effective option for customers who are searching for the best tabletop winders on the market.
The TAK-01A and YOK-01A boast three distinct advantages that truly make them a smart addition to any facility, size without compromising power, ease of operation, and flexibility.
Do not let their compact design fool you. Both the TAK-01A and YOK-01A are coil winding powerhouses for their size. With both a servo-controlled spindle and traverse guide, the TAK-01A and YOK-01A offer a very high level of performance on a small level. Capable of handling wire from 0.01mm to 1.6mm and a wide variety of bobbin sizes and shapes, it is easy to see the value that these form fitting machines can provide.
The ease of operation for any machine is important. We at Nittoku Engineering kept this in mind when designing the TAK-01A and YOK-01A machines. For winding speed and specification change over, both of these options are present on the sleek user interface panel present on the front of the machines. As simple as a press of a button, within seconds you can easily change the options.
Flexibility is an important factor in any production process. Luckily the TAK-01A and YOK-01A machines were built with flexibility in mind. Within the user-friendly interface, the winders internal memory allows for up to 495 distinct pages for winding specifications. Thus, offering customers limitless options for winding specifications at the tips of their fingers. With the YOK-01A winder specifically, these units offer an adjustable tailstock unit that effectively broadens the level of flexibility the machines offer.
By offering not only a cost effective but simultaneously highly efficient winding solution in the TAK-01A and YOK-01A winders, Nittoku Engineering is again able to provide the industry standard for winding machines at many levels. With Innovation in mind Nittoku marches towards the future.
LITs: Nittoku Engineering's Ultra-High-Speed, High-Precision Transfer System
Nittoku Engineering’s LITs system is an ultra-high-speed and high-precision transfer system designed to solve the various problem that plague production facilities. The LITs system will shorten production time, increase FA, reduce maintenance time and save space over traditional transportation systems.
The LIT’s system is focused around three main features that make it stand out among other transportation systems; accuracy, speed and flexibility.
When it comes to manufacturing automation, accuracy is key. The LITs system has a positional accuracy of ±0.02mm. XZ axial positioning is performed by a direct moving guide while the Y axial positioning is performed by the position unit.
Speed is an important factor in every manufacturing process and the LITS system provides smooth acceleration and high-speeds. Through servo-motor control, smooth acceleration movement and a smooth transfer from slow to stop of the LITs pallets is possible. The LITs system can attain a speed of 3m/sec without vibration due to the system’s high rigidity.
Flexibility is also core to the LITs system design. With a maximum pallet load of 15kg and a vertical withstand load of 5000N, the LITS system can handle a wide variety of loads and processes. Variations in pitch, connecting to lines and double-decker lines are also possible with the LITs system.
Due to the high-speed and positioning systems of LITs, stopper sensors are not required and the number of pallets required are reduced when compared to a traditional conveyor system. Compared to a table index method, the linear layout of LITs allows for better line visibility, accessibility and the ability to extend to a limitless number of process.
Nittoku Engineering LITs system is a benchmark change in how we think about manufacturing transportation systems. With its reliable high-precision accuracy, speeds of 3 m/s and flexible design and layout, Nittoku’s LITs system is a breakthrough in transfer systems and a step beyond the competition.
