Core supply, winding, welding and core unload are proceeded by indexer simultaneously to shorten the cycle time. The Machine is designed to minimize floor space and be light weight.The indexer is operated by a direct drive motor with no regular maintenance required. The welding temperature can be stabilized by Nittoku's original auto tuning system.
